Ingredients
2 - 8oz.packages reduced-fat cream cheesesoftened
1c.sour cream
2c.shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1/2c.sliced banana peppersdrained
1/2c.sliced jalapeño peppersdrained
3/4c.shredded Parmesan cheesedivided
1/2c.breadcrumbs or crumbled crackers
2tbsp.melted butter
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sour cream, beating until smooth.
Stir in cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, banana peppers, and 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese.
Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Serve warm with chips or crackers, and Tony's Pizza.
