Peanut Butter & Jelly Pretzel Bars

Peanut Butter & Jelly Pretzel Bars! Super simple, no-bake peanut butter pretzel bars with loads of peanut butter and dried fruit! These Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars are such an easy and delicious snack for packing in lunch boxes or breakfast on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. light OR dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 - 16 oz. bag Snyder's of Hanover Pretzel Snaps coarsely crushed
  • 1 c. dried cranberries coarsely chopped
  • 2/3 c. salted OR honey-roasted peanuts coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter melted, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp. dried cranberries coarsely chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large stock pot over medium heat, combine corn syrup, honey, and granulated sugar.
  • Stirring frequently, bring mixture to a simmer.
  • Add peanut butter, and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat, and immediately stir in oats, pretzels, cranberries, and peanuts.
  • Press mixture evenly into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
  • Drizzle with melted peanut butter and sprinkle with dried cranberries.
  • Allow to set for at least 1 hour. Cut into bars, and enjoy!
