Ingredients
1 - 10oz.package Eckrich Original Beef Smoked Sausage Linkscut into 1-inch pieces
1large zucchinisliced into 1-inch rounds
1green bell peppercut into 1-inch chunks
1red bell peppercut into 1-inch chunks
1c.pineapple or mango chunks
4skewers
Instructions
To assemble, skewer one piece of sausage, followed by zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, and pineapple or mango, then repeat twice more. Follow these steps for 4 skewers.
Grill for 10 minutes over medium heat, flipping once, or until sausage is heated through, and peppers are soft.
