Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rainbow carrots well-rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. butter melted
  • 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • salt + pepper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the carrots.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake carrots at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
