Baked Carrots Recipe with Maple and Brown Sugar

  • 1 lb. rainbow carrots well-rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. butter melted
  • 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • salt + pepper


  1. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the carrots.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake carrots at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
