Pink Stuff Cheesecake Pie (No-Bake Recipe)

Your favorite simple, summery, fruity side dish, made into a no-bake cheesecake pie! With an extra ingredient or two, my Pink Stuff recipe is transformed into this easy pie that comes together with 10 minutes of prep!

  • 12 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple very well drained
  • 1 - 30 oz. can cherry pie filling
  • 1 - 8 oz. container Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 - 9- inch store-bought prepared pie crusts graham cracker or shortbread


  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, and beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in pineapple, cherry pie filling, and Cool Whip.
  4. Divide evenly between two pie crusts.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Cut and serve.
