  • 1 lb. white chocolate candy coating coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet
  • 20 mini REESE'S cups coarsely chopped - I used an assortment of dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place white chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave the white chocolate for 60 seconds. Stir, and continue microwaving it at 15-second intervals until it's melted and smooth.
  4. Add the peanut butter to the white chocolate, and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread this mixture onto the parchment paper in a thin layer.
  6. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the milk chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate, and continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until it's melted and smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate mixture, and then use a knife to swirl them together.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped REESE'S cups evenly over the top.
  9. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until set.
  10. Break into pieces.
