  • 20 mini REESE'S cups coarsely chopped - I used an assortment of dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place white chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the white chocolate for 60 seconds. Stir, and continue microwaving it at 15-second intervals until it's melted and smooth.
  • Add the peanut butter to the white chocolate, and mix until smooth.
  • Spread this mixture onto the parchment paper in a thin layer.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the milk chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate, and continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until it's melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate mixture, and then use a knife to swirl them together.
  • Sprinkle the chopped REESE'S cups evenly over the top.
  • Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until set.
  • Break into pieces.
