Bourbon Bacon Pecan Pie

Looking for a new twist on a classic pecan pie? Booze always helps, and bacon never hurts. This Bourbon Bacon Pecan Pie is next level! It's hard to improve upon a traditional pecan pie, but this Bourbon Bacon Pecan Pie is a helluva way to do it!

  • 12 oz. center-cut bacon
  • 1 - 9- inch prepared refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • 2 c. pecan halves


  1. Cook the bacon, and crumble into 1/4-inch pieces.
  2. Carefully unroll the pie crust, and arrange it in a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp or scallop the edges of the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, brown sugar, bourbon, and butter.
  4. Stir in pecans and bacon.
  5. Pour into pie crust.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min, or until the center doesn't jiggle, and appears set.

  7. Remove from heat to a wire rack to cool. Cut and serve.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
