Instructions
Wrap each pork tenderloin with about 4-6 slices of bacon. I had enough bacon that I double-wrapped around some parts of the tenderloin.
Using toothpicks, secure the ends of the bacon slices around the pork.
Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with brown sugar, and sprinkle with garlic.
Season with pepper, to taste.
Grill over low-medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning and rotating the tenderloins every 5 minutes or so, until temperature reaches 160 degrees when tested with a meat thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Let meat rest for 5 minutes before removing toothpicks, cutting into 1-inch thick medallions, and serving. Enjoy!!
