Ingredients
For Fireball Cake:
1boxspice cake mix
3.4oz.box instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cupvegetable or canola oil
3/4 cupFireball whiskey or cinnamon whiskey
1/4 cup water
4large eggs
1 cupchopped walnuts
For Fireball Glaze:
4tbsp.buttermelted
1/3 cupFireball whiskey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 - 3cupspowdered sugar
1/3cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
For Fireball Cake:
In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, whiskey, water, and eggs.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes, or until edges are brown, and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Remove to a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter to cool completely. Do not cool completely in pan - cake will stick.
Prepare glaze.
For Fireball Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, whiskey, vanilla, and 2 cups powdered sugar.
Whisk until smooth, adding more powdered sugar as needed to achieve desired consistency.
