Ingredients
1c.light OR dark corn syrup
1/2c.honey
1c.granulated sugar
1 1/2c.creamy peanut butter
1c.old-fashioned oats
1 - 16oz.bag Snyder's of Hanover Pretzel Snapscoarsely crushed
1c.dried cranberriescoarsely chopped
2/3c.salted OR honey-roasted peanutscoarsely chopped
2tbsp.creamy peanut buttermelted, for garnish
2tbsp.dried cranberriescoarsely chopped, for garnish
Instructions
In a large stock pot over medium heat, combine corn syrup, honey, and granulated sugar.
Stirring frequently, bring mixture to a simmer.
Add peanut butter, and stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat, and immediately stir in oats, pretzels, cranberries, and peanuts.
Press mixture evenly into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
Drizzle with melted peanut butter and sprinkle with dried cranberries.
Allow to set for at least 1 hour. Cut into bars, and enjoy!
