Ingredients
For banana brownies:
1box brownie mixI like Betty Crocker Original Supreme w/ Hershey's syrup
1/4c.water
1/4c.vegetable oil
1whole egg + 1 yolk
2large bananasmashed
For peanut butter frosting:
3/4c.buttersoftened
1c.creamy peanut butter
1tbsp.vanilla
3c.powdered sugar
2tbsp.cream or milk
Instructions
For banana brownies:
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and mashed banana.
Stir until blended.
Spread batter into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
Bake at 325°F for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
For peanut butter frosting:
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk.
Beat until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Spread or pipe the frosting over the cooled brownies.
