No Bake Double Layer Chocolate Creme de Menthe Pie! A creamy, silky, light, mousse-y, but rich, spiked chocolate mint pie!

  • 1 prepared chocolate cookie crust
  • 7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. strongly brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. creme de menthe
  • 2 tbsp. creme de cacao
  • 16 oz. whipped topping thawed
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring optional
  • chocolate curls optional garnish


  1. In a large saucepan over low heat, combine marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, butter, and coffee. 

  2. Cook and stir until chocolate is melted, and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Whisk in 1/4 cup creme de menthe, and the creme de cacao.

  4. Remove from heat, and cool completely.

  5. Fold in 8 oz. whipped topping.

  6. Spread mixture evenly into prepared crust.

  7. In a large bowl, fold remaining 8 oz. whipped topping with remaining 2 tbsp. creme de menthe, and the green food coloring.

  8. Spread over chocolate filling.

  9. Garnish with chocolate curls.

  10. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

  11. Cut and serve. Store in refrigerator.
