For graham cracker crust:
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp. butter melted
- 3 tbsp. sugar
For brownie layer:
- 1 c. butter melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. flour
For graham cracker crust:
Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, allowing it to hang over the edges.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar.
Press into the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes, or until golden.
For brownie layer:
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
Stir in the cocoa powder and flour, mixing until just blended.
Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out mostly clean, with a few moist crumbs.
For marshmallow topping:
Turn the oven to broil on high.
Scatter the hot brownies with mini marshmallows.
Broil until golden, only about 1 minute. WATCH CLOSELY. Only takes about 1 minute, that's it!
Cool in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
